For River SUP Paddler focused on surfing: for some people that have slightly less accessible waves this board will be a better choice than the River Surfer in the sense that it is more stable and has some of the characteristics of the MVP, so getting to and from the wave is much easier. For a customer focused only on surfing, on very accessible waves, the River Surfer is still the best choice, but for someone that needs to be able to paddle to and from the wave this will be the best board regardless of size.
Smaller River SUP Paddler (Kids and Women): This board is smaller and more manageable than the 9'0" and is a great choice for smaller paddlers for running rivers as well as surfing.
